We source suppliers who are members of the Ethical Tea Partnership. That means that we support and champion the safe living and working conditions of tea workers and growers. The Ethical Tea Partnership brings programs to workers, often women, to build competency in socially challenging climates by providing education and tools. This helps workers break down barriers and improve skills that they need in order to have a high quality of life. A big part of what we aim to accomplish are fair wages for everyone and taking care of the environment with sustainable growing.
